Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients (Age>=18 years) who underwent isolated anterolateral minimally invasive reconstruction or replacement of the mitral valve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative renal insufficiency requiring renal replacement theraphy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
In the first 48 hours postoperatively, incidence of acute kidney injury of any stage according to Kidney Disease: Improve Global Outcome (KDIGO) criteria

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) during hospitalization according to KDIGO criteria. 2) Analysis of the influence of cardiac output, cardiac index, oxygen delivery and mean arterial pressure during extracorporeal circulation on the incidence of AKI. 3) Analysis of the influence of AKI on ventilation, ICU and hospital length of stay. 4) Hospital and 30-day mortality. 5) Foreign blood consumption.
