Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years, signed informed consent, 1st SARS-CoV2-Infection (COVID19) confirmed with PCR from nasal and throat swab

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 80 years, no informed consent, ESKD, dementia, patient with myocarditis/brain infarction/myocardial infarction/cardiac surgery/pacemaker-implantation in the medical history, Patients after heart transplant, congenital heart diseases, re-infection with SARS-CoV2
