Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy male and females between 40-65 with chronic, non specific pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People under 40 years of age People over 65 years of age People with acute and chronic injuries or illnesses (no medication or rehabilitation during the entire intervention period)

Inflammation: - TNF-alpha - IL-6 - blood count - blood lipid levels Schlaf: - quantity - quality pain Measurement time points: T0: before intervention, T1: after intervention (after 14 days).
