Inclusion criteria: young healthy men and women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hormone substitution, including thyroid, hormone therapy, BMI >30, smokers, unbalanced diet (e.g. vegan), metabolic disorders, Treatment with insulin, sulfonylureas, glinides, GLP-1 analogs, those in need of treatment
