Interventions

Group 1: After detailed study information and a declaration of consent, the inpatient admission for treatment takes place. On the day of admission, the patient is informed additionally about the inte
CE approved medical device for vascular occlusion). The Duration of the procedure is approx. 1 hour
anesthesia is not necessary and the vascular Access will be ultrasound guided. Follow-up care is carried out on an outpatient basis after 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with a history of an arterial hypertension for more than 12 months, proven to have unilateral primary aldosteronism (PA) through adrenal venous sampling procedure -Age: 18 to 75 years -Patients not suitable for surgery or unwilling to undergo surgical resection -Laboratory values like studyprotocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ·Symptomatic peripheral arterial disease (PAD) ·History of obstructive sleep apnea ·Anatomical difficulties: High-grade aortic stenosis, access site impossibilities ·Renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min) ·Severe contrast media intolerance ·Pregnancy

Biochemical remission (normal aldosterone to renin ratio or normal saline infusion test) 6 month following intervenition (according to PASO criteria )
