Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students or employees at TU Dresden; Informend consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students/Employees affiliated to the faculty of medicine at TU Dresden; Current suicidal ideation; Current biploar or psychotic disorder; Current psychotherapeutic treatment; No access to the internet/smartphone; Insufficient knowledge of German language

Perceived stress measured with the Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) at baseline and post-assessment

Questionnaires at baseline, post-assessment and follow-up-assessment: Regensburger Insomnie Skala (RIS), Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q), Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), Unsicherheitsfragebogen (U-Bogen-24), Rosenberg Self Esteem-Scale (RSE), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale-Deutsch (FMPS-D), Bewegungs- und Sportaktivität Fragebogen (BSA), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Social Problem-Solving Inventory-Revised Short-Form (SPSI-R:S), Patient Health Questionnaire 4 (PHQ-4), Work Ability Index (WAI). In addition, reach, usage and acceptance of the app-based interventions will be evaluated.
