Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder who undergo radical cystectomy with urinary diversion with use of inestine; age > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: urinary diversion without use of intestine; non-oncological cystectomy; bone metastasis; palliative cystectomy; colo-/ileostoma; not able to give informed consent; fractures; Previous radiation therapy in the pelvic / abdominal region
