Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Indication for indirect MRI examination of the wrist/fingers (indication must be independent of this study) - Signed consent for this study - Age over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Missing signature for consent of this study - contraindications against MRI such as metal implants, claustrophobia, piercings or tattoos - contraindications against mri contrast such us known allergic reactions (Gadovist) or kidney failure (GFR <30 ml/min)

Diagnostic accuracy of MRI in 3D sequences in comparison to 2D-technique in detection of lesions of the TFCC, ligaments of the wrist and fingers.
