Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient with Heart failure as principal and secondary diagnoses - Patient with all kind of heart failure (left, right, global, HFrEF, HFpEF) - Inpatient (within the first 3 days in hospital) or outpatient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients treated on ICUs - Disorientation regarding Place or time or person or situation - Blindness, not able to read questionnaire - does not understand Geman language - End-of-life care - Patient is under legal supervision
