Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients aged 18 years old and more 2- Patients who have a visible wrinkle that score 2 or 3 based on MFWS scale (Moderate wrinkle to deep wrinkle)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1- patients aged under 18 years old 2- presence of any systemic disease that affects the inflammatory response 3. Patients who have had previous facial reconstruction surgery by lipid or any other filler 4. Patients with a history of severe weight gain or loss in the previous months. 5. Patients with bleeding disorders.
