Patients with an indication for allogenic stem cell transplantation: - acute myeloid leukemia (AML) - acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) - myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPS) - myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)

Interventions

Group 1: Patients with an indication for allogenic stem cell transplantation are assessed at baseline (T0

start of inpatient-treatment/"check in" before stem cell transplantation), 15-20 days after start of inpatient treatment (T1), at the end of inpatient treatment (T2

approx. 3-6 weeks after start of inpatient treatment) and at follow-up (T3

6 months after start of inpatient treatment) using questionnaires and blood samples to assess biomarkers. At all 4 assessment time points patients will be assessed by the medical healthcare team regar

Inclusion criteria: indication for allogenic stem cell transplantation; age > 18 years; sufficient German language skills; (cognitive) ability to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no indication for scheduled stem cell transplantation
