COVID-19, Post-COVID-Syndrom (PCS) SARS-CoV-2 infection

Group 1: People with long-lasting symptoms after a previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, i.e. long/post COVID.
The long-term follow-up is based on a population-based recruitment of individuals at least 6 mo
a retrospective description of the acute course of the disease and prospective characterisation of the participants on an anamnestic, functional and molecular level is conducted.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCR-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, living in one of the target areas, age at least 18 years, written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute SARS-CoV-2 infection or reinfection
