Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral focal frontal or temporal lobe epilepsy; sufficient physical condition (normal vision or corrected; ability to perform the hand and arm movements necessary for test assessment); ability to understand test instructions; consent is required

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Limited or no inability to understand instruction (e.g. due to limited knowledge of German); neurological disorders (except epilepsy in patients); severe psychiatric disorders (especially acute moderate to severe depressive episode); currently no psychoactive medication (except in the context of epilepsy treatment in patients); participation in other studies with the same test procedures shortly before (6 months) or within the individual study period (avoidance of learning effects)
