Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 70 2. Increased stress level (PSS-10 > 12) 3. command of the German language, both written and spoken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. arhythmia (extrasystole, auricular fibrillation) 2. permanantly regulatively pacemaker 3. diseases of the heart or vessels 4. lung diseases 5. neurological and psychological diseases 6. intake of pharmaceutical drugs or pills
