Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pancreatic carcinoma gynecological tumor urological tumor dermatological tumor ENT tumor in stage UICC III or IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of speech comprehension Karnofsky index < 20%

MeasureTime frame
Development of a palliative score that identifies inpatients with SPC needs. The palliative score is comprised of the prognosis-relevant information from the nursing history (palliative screening), the IPOS (Integrated palliative care outcome scale) and the doctor's assessment (modified glare tool). The automatically collected, prognosis-relevant data from the nursing history, the patient's self-assessment and the physician's assessment are to be combined to generate the palliative score.
