Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with diagnosed MPN or mastocytosis - age = 18 years - Being proficient in the German language in word and writing - to fill out a questionnaire on physical and cognitive performance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients unable to give consent - failure to meet an inclusion criterion - inpatients
