Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria • Secondary ataxia because of an onetime acute disease event (cerebellar tumor, cerebellar contusion, cerebellar bleeding or insult, spinal ataxia, acoustic neuroma, incomplete paraplegia) • Main reason for dysfunction and therapeutical treatment must be ataxia • employable age (18 – 67 years old) • must be diagnosed for over a year • filled-out informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria • chronically progressive process of the disease • severe paresis, plegia or spastic • aphasia, constrained comprehension and cognition deficits • acute psychological disease (Depression or other effective disorder) • patients who receive ambulatory or inpatient psychiatric treatment
