Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - at least 18 years of age and capable of giving consent - written consent is available - idiopathic epiretinal gliosis with indication for surgery and wish for surgery - no previous intraocular surgery - indication for surgery without obvious factors limiting the decision regarding endotamponade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not capable of giving constent previous intraocular surgeries

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Perfusion change retina and choroid (optical coherence tomography=OCTA). Perfusion is determined non-invasively by OCTA preoperatively and after 4 and 12 weeks. For this purpose, the retina and choroid are divided into their sublayers and the perfusion in the different layers is observed and compared.
