Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - >60 - athletically inactive - normal blood pressure - physically able to carry out an exercise program (anamnesis questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, lung diseases, kidney failure, etc.) - no two attendance at the training days

Statements about the influence of the Jymmin system on seniors and its influence on the following parameters: -Training duration - Number of repetitions - Rating of Perceived Exertion (Borg scale) -Multidimensional Mood State Questionnaire -subjective impression of the Jymmin system (questionnaire for the test persons)
