Group 1: 1. LIA group: patients are injected with LIA (local infiltration analgesia)
Group 2: 2. NFK group: Patients receive a NFK catheter (N. femoralis catheter).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Single stage KTEP change operation - Age: 18 - 85 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Known mental illness - Known diseases of the cardiovascular system that lead to limitations in the ability to work under stress - Known dementia - Known drug abuse - Intraoperative or postoperative complications that limit function or exercise capacity (e.g. hemodynamically relevant bleeding, circulatory or respiratory complications)
