Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age >18 years, histologically confirmed malignant melanoma, small cell lung cancer or bladder cancer, no previous treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor, signed written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previously diagnosed immunodeficiency syndrome
