Group 1: Psoriasis patients are examined at a measurement time using validated questionnaires. They are asked about their social anxiety and itching (presence of chronic itching
intensity of average and maximum itching within the last 24 hours)
as a control variable, the severity of psoriasis is assessed by self-report and socio-demographic variables
Group 2: Skin-healthy control subjects are examined at a measurement time using validated qu

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Psoriasis has to be present for at least six months; it is necessary to speak and understand German fluently in order to answer the questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with another itch-associated (skin) disease or severe mental illness are not allowed to participate in the research project.
