Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants fulfilling all the following inclusion criteria are eligible for the study: - Patients treated in the ward 3DK of the General Medical Rehabilitation Division - Aged 18 years or older - Can comply with the study protocol - Able to provide a written consent of participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of the following exclusion criteria will lead to the exclusion of the participants: - Contraindication to physical activity in the view of the health status
