Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age above 18, confirmed DTMT2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute DMT2 complications, acute inflammatory conditions, chronic disease of liver or gastrointestinal tract, malignant diseases, immunodeficiency, narcotic or alcoholic addictions and pregnancy

Postprandial glucose level using TopiGLuk bread is lower compared to rye bread.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Higher scores in TopiGluk bread using questionnaire about organoleptic features: appearance, aroma, smell, taste and satiety.
