Inclusion criteria: Renal transplanted Patient with indication to graft biopsy Gillick competent Agrees to participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: <18years of age, pregnant, not gillick competent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Concentrations of different biomarkers in their timely course at defined intervals (day of biopsy, 7d post biopsy, 30d post biopsy, 90d post biopsy), correlation to result of biopsy and graft failure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluating a possible response to treatment (to i.e. cortison pulse therapie) with the help of the timely course of different biomarkers at day7 post biopsy, day30 post biopy, day 90 post biopsy
