Exclusion criteria: non-emergent head CT, < 18 years

Detection of additional intracranial hemorrhages using an artificial intelligence algorithm. - analysis bei artificial intelligence - comparison primary radiology report and results of artificial intelligence - gold standard neuroradiologist decides if results of artificial intelligence are true or false
