Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full legal age, absence of hematological diseases, no medication with possible interactions with haematopoeisis, no chronically inflammatory diseases

Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This project aims to define the developmental origin of the different molecular subtypes of ALL and to identify leukemia-specific gene expression in contrast to gene regulation during normal lymphopoiesis. Characterization of the disease-specific gene regulation will guide us to explore oncogenic signaling dependencies as novel therapeutic targets.
