Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Signed informed consent - Patients must fulfil WHO diagnostic criteria fpr myelofibrosis (MF), essential thrombocythemia (ET), or polycythemia vera (PV)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Limited legal capacity or lack of legal capacity - Age < 18 years - BCR-ABL-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)
