Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who meet the requirements for ILBF diagnosis and were included in the IHA diagnostics from 2012-2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no criteria

Measure	Time frame
Proportion of ILBF diagnosis which can be completed purely by clinical examination without any diagnostic additional methods.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Proportion of patients with decompressive hemicraniectomy, proportion of patients who needed a supporting extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO / ECLS), proportion of patient who showed phenomena of spinalisation, number of diagnostic tests for brain death which only can be completed by showing a perfusion arrest (for example Doppler Sonography) and the reasons for that fact.	—
