Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -good health - age of at least 20 years - occasional to regular ethanol consumption of socially accepted amounts - good knowlegde of German language (for declaration of consent) - capacity for consent - at least 4 weeks of abstinence from Ethanol Prior to Ethanol consumption

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe cardiac or circulatory or respiratory diseases - liver or kidney diseases - psychic or neurologic diseases - addiction problems (therefore test for carbohydrate deficient Transferrin CDT, mean corpuscular volume MCV, gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) and phosphatidylethanol after written consent) - Diabetes mellitus - pregnancy (test for pregnancy in female participants aged 50 years and younger)
