Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with a current (i.e. within the last 3 months) hospital treatment (full or partial inpatient due to an illness from the ICD-10 diagnostic spectrum F2 (psychotic disorders) or F3 (affective disorders) with or without further comorbid mental disorders and a complex need for support - at least 26 years of age - At least 6 months of employment subject to social insurance contributions in the last 2 years - insured with the German pension insurance or agrees to the transfer of data - agrees to outpatient treatment for the time of intervention - no current application for reduced earning capacity Pension, Integration assistance or "WfbM" or agrees to withdrawl - Considerable endangerment or reduction of the earning capacity - positive forecast of future employment through the intervention - sufficient competence in the German language, both written and spoken - Migrants have an unlimited right of residence in Germany - The informed written consent to participate in the study has been obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Current substance related addiction - intellectual disability - no sufficient motivation to participate in the intervention
