Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age over 18 years - Surgery on foot and/or ankle/distal lower leg without intracutaneous suture - Operation by LOA Dr. Plaass, OA PD Dr. Lerch or FA Dr. Claassen - Wounds over 2 cm length
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Fractures - Revisions - Infections - patients with known pAVK - Known allergies against metals - Arthroscopy portals - Known substance abuse or dementia
