Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of the lesions to autonomous and somatosensory nerve fibers (comparison with normative values for the respective investigation) and correlation between the lesions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Do the autonomous and somatosensory assessments correlate with the disease stage and with other central or peripheral non-motor symptoms? For correlations: Spearman’s Rank correlation test, Wilcoxon-test. For categorical comparisons: Chi-Square-test.
