Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no pre existing condition, no contra indication, no pathalogy of (training) upper limb, written consent of patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contra intication, hypertonia, open wound or fracture of upper limb, systemic inflamation, absence of written consent of patient

The examination of following researche hypothesis: H1: regardless of using low resistance LI-BFR results in stronger metabolic difference with electrolythe differal when compared to LI and HI during physical load until muscular fatigue. H2: the difference of local venosus electrolythe differal ([Na+], [Ca2+], [K+]) correlate with metabolism ([La-], [HCO3-]) and neuromuscular activation of used muscles. H3: The difference of non-invasive muscular testing (neuromuscular activation, contraction speed, dilatation of muscle following TMG, maximal strenght) correlate with local and systemic electrolythe differal and can be seen as forecast parameter. H4: stratification of risc 1. of BFR-training: LI-BFR results in higher differal of venosus [K+] during and after the session compared to different training H5: stratification of risc 2. of BFR-training: LI-BFR resulty in acute pathological reflux compared to different training
