Primary

MeasureTime frame
depression scores and mood (various questionnaires and MADRS as external assessment), anxiety values (various questionnaires) collected in each case before and after the training, as well as with half of the group before a 2-month waiting period and with the other half at a 2-month follow-up

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
respiratory Variability (RPV) parameters (e.g. PD CV, AZV), body perception (questionnaires and heart beat detection task), neural correlates (e.g. PCC - parahippocampal connectivity) collected in each case before and after the training, as well as with half of the group before a 2-month waiting period and with the other half at a 2-month follow-up (no MRI at follow up)
