Group 1: Sensory-Motor Assessment for Physiotherapy (SeMo-P) and Sensory-Motor Assessment for Occupational Therapy (SeMo-OT):
In determining the feasibility of the assessment, patients are tested with
occupational therapy: 30 minutes).
SeMo-P:
When determining the quality criteria, the patients are tested by two testers during the baseline measurements.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.) Barthel index < 30 points 2.) Consent to participate by patients themselves or by caregivers 3.) Patient has not been admitted to early rehabilitation for more than 48 hours/ three working days (SeMo-OT) at the time of inclusion in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.) Barthel index > 30 points 2.) Lack of consent to participation by patients themselves or by caregivers
