Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with sentinel biopsy tumor thickness according to Breslow >/= 1 mm Growth pattern not "spitzoid"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumor thickness according to Breslow < 1 mm Growth pattern "spitzoid" Adjuvant therapy with MAD
