Primary

MeasureTime frame
Within the scope of the prospective cohort study students (starting with first semesters of all disciplines) will be answering an online assessment via a specially programmed app every semester over the course of their entire studies (BA study = 6 to 8 semesters; MA study = 4 to 6 semesters). The online assessment consists of 101 items assessing outcome parameters regarding their state of health (subj. perceived state of health; life satisfaction, feeling stress; sleep quality), their health behavior (nutrition, exercise, addiction and digital use of digital devices) and their health literacy. The survey will begin in the upcoming summer semester 2021. A test phase is scheduled for the current winter semester. The overall survey according to current plans is planned until the end of the winter semester 2023/2024.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As a secondary endpoint, the user behavior of the target group within the digital application is analyzed (duration of use, usage rates, length of stay of individual interventions, etc.).
