Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Head and neck carcinoma diagnoses since 2010 and registration in cancer registry - diagnosis and therapy decision at the university hospital Freiburg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with other carcinomas - Patients with tumor recurrence - Patients who were not registered or refused to be registered in the cancer registry
