Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Inpatients at the rehabilitation clinic "Reha-Zentrum Seehof" at Teltow, Germany - Age between 18 and 70 years - Patients that meet the criteria for psychocadiological rehabilitation treatment: presence of a somatic cadiac diagnosis that needs to be treated as well as a psychiatric diagnosis of the categories affective disorders, neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders or psychological and behavioural factors associated with disorders or diseases classified elsewhere (according to standardized diagnostic or clinical impression).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute psychotic or manic disorder symptoms - severe brain dysfunction - mental disability - insufficient command of the german language

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Questionnaire data (psychopathologic Symptom Scores, health-related quality of life, self-assessed capacities after ICF), laboratory values (blood-fats, inflammatory parameters), medical functional diagnostic (6-minute-walking-test, longterm-ECG), socio-medical parameters (occupational ability and capacity). Questionnaire data, laboratory values and functional diagnostic data are gained in the first and in the last week of treatment. Socio-medical outcomes are gained at the end of treatmend. Furthermore, there is a 6-month-catamnesis which consists of questionnaires sent via mail.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Questionnaire data (patient satisfaction), clinical diagnoses and results of standardized diagnostic interviews. The questionnaire concerning patient satisfaction ist administered at the end of the rehabilitation treatment. Clinical diagnoses are also pinpointed at the end of the treatment. The standardized diagnostic interviews are administered during the first 1-2 weeks of treatment.
