Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Primary outcome is the stress level in each participant. We are planning to use the "Trier chronic stress inventory" (Schulz, Schlotz & Becker, 2004) for the assessment in each of the coaching sessions (T1-T4). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary outcomes are well-being, quality of life and satisfaction with life. We are planning to use the "WHO-5" (World-Health-Organisation, 1998), "EUROHIS-Quality-of-life 8-item-index" (Schmidt, Mühlan & Power, 2005) and the "Satisfaction-with-life-Scale" (Janke & Glöckner-Rist, 2014) in every coaching session (T1-T4) for the assessment. | — |
