Primary outcome This pilot study aims to assess the feasibility of the Internet intervention and accompanying study procedures in order to further improve and adapt them to the needs of adolescents and young adults. The five dimensions of feasibility examined are operationalized as followed: (1)recruitment capability and resulting sample characteristics -recruitment rates: recruitment duration, number of adolescents who indicated interest in participating in the study, number of adolescents who consented to participate in the study, number of adolescents who were given access to training -Recruitment channels: various recruitment channels, self-developed, self-assessment at T1 -socio-demographics: gender, age education level, health; self-developed, self-assessment at T1 -Attitudes towards internet-based interventions (Attitudes Towards Psychological Internet-interventions Questionnaire APOI, Schröder et al., 2015) self-assessment at T1 and T3 -help-seeking behavior: perceived help, motivation to participate, additional help; self-developed; self-assessment at T1, T2 and T3 (2)evaluation and refinement of data collection procedures and outcome measures -Surveys: Assessment of comprehensibility, time required; self-developed; self-assessment at T4 -internal consistency: Cronbach's alpha as reliability measure for all questionnaires used (3)acceptability and suitability of the intervention and study procedures -retention rates and study adherence: number of participants consented to the study, amount of participants receiving access to the online-intervention, amount of participants completing the post-measurement, amount of participants completing the follow-up assessment -retention: reasons for premature deterioration/drop-out, self-developed, self-assessment at T3 training-adherence -subjective measures of adherence to the training: compatibility with daily life, performing therapeutic exercises; self-developed; self-assessment during training (via diary) and
