Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| No description of primary/secondary endpoints, instead: Variables to characterize cohort sample, e.g. •Age, gender, BMI •Pain intensity (Numerical rating scale, NRS) •Fracture risk (Fracture Risk Assessment Tool, FRAX) •Comorbidities (Charlson Index) •Cognition (Blessed Orientation Memory Concentration Test, BOMCT) •Pre-fracture Care grade/ level of formal/informal care support •History of falls and fracture(s) •Chronic pain (pre-fracture level) •Pre-fracture mobility (New Mobility Score) •Fracture treatment: operative or conservative treatment, hospital days, complex early geriatric rehabilitation treatment yes/no, geriatric rehabilitation yes/no Target variables, e.g. •Mobility/function: De Morton Mobility Index (DEMMI), Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), New Mobility Score •Physical activity: activity monitoring (activPAL 4 micro) •Life-space mobility: Life Space Assessment (LSA) •Pain: NRS, pain medication at follow-up •Depression: German scale, Depression in Old Age – Scale (DIA-S) •Fall-related self efficacy: Falls Efficacy Scale – International (FES-I) •Quality of life: EQ-5D, Quality of life questionnaire of the European Foundation for Osteoporosis (QUALEFFO-41) •Falls (Diary) | — |
