Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 2: Nursing staff of the respective qualification level 3 to 6 of the University Hospital Freiburg (UKF) and the University Heart Center Freiburg?Bad Krozingen (UHZ), at least 18 years old, willingness to participate in the study by written consent, German language ability Phase 3.1: Experts from the fields of nursing pedagogy, direct nursing and nursing management with a master's degree within their field (nursing pedagogy, nursing professionalism, nursing management) as well as with experience in the field of research and teaching, willingness to participate in studies by written consent, German language ability Phase 3.2: Caregivers of qualification levels 3 to 6 of all university hospitals in Germany, at least 18 years old, willingness to participate in the study by consent, German language ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Employees of other professional groups, employees of hospitals other than those mentioned

MeasureTime frame
The validity of the assessment instrument is measured using the Content Validity Index and construct validity analysis. The reliability of the assessment instrument is analyzed using greatest lower bound (glb) and McDonald's Omega.
