Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Physician’s confirmed diagnosis of atopic dermatitis -Adult patients, age = 18 years -Medication history of atopic dermatitis therapies available within the past 12 months -Patient able to understand the questionnaires -Patient willing to provide written consent to the patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information

Exclusion criteria: -Patient is currently participating in interventional clinical trial(s) -Patient refuses to provide written consent to the patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information

MeasureTime frame
- In patients currently not receiving systemic AD therapy: Proportion of patients who are eligible for a systemic atopic dermatitis (AD) therapy according to the selection criteria of the German guideline. - In patients currently receiving systemic AD therapy: Proportion of patients who are eligible for a switch of systemic AD therapy according to the selection criteria of the German guideline.

-Percentage of patients who are eligible for a systemic AD therapy and are planned to receive it -Percentage of patients who are eligible for a switch of systemic AD therapy and are planned to receive it -Type of systemic therapies offered to patients who are eligible for a systemic AD therapy -Type of systemic therapies offered to patients who are eligible for a switch of systemic AD therapy -Reason(s) for choice of new systemic therapy/ reason(s) behind the HCP’s decision if no systemic therapy is offered to the patient although the patient fulfills the selection criteria of the German guideline (as applied by HCP) -Reason(s) for refusal by patient to initiate a new systemic therapy or to continue with the current systemic therapy -Duration of current systemic corticosteroid use, if applicable -Cumulative dose of systemic corticosteroids during the last 12 months, if applicable (defined by drug name and dosage) -Average amount of topical glucocorticosteroids/calcineurin inhibitors used per month over the last year (defined by drug name and package size) -Average amount of time needed to fill out the checklist of the German guideline
