Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • under acute medical therapy (chemotherapy, immunotherapy) and abnormal sensations, as well as pain in the hands (numbness, tingling, burning) • in the case of an upcoming chemotherapy with the following active substances: taxanes, vinca alkaloids, platinum derivatives or in the case of an upcoming immunotherapy with the following active substances: checkpoint inhibitors, antibodies • if a polyneuropathy of another origin (e.g. diabetes mellitus) that already existed can be ruled out
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Polyneuropathy of another origin that already existed (e.g. due to diabetes mellitus; drug-toxic) • For sensorimotor training: acute injury to the upper extremities which the intended training does not allow • For vibration training (see also (Streckmann et al., 2014a)): Osteolysis, osteosynthesis, fracture of the upper extremities or metal removal in the last year (prerequisite for bone consolidation in the X-ray), acute thrombosis, shoulder TEP, cervical disc prosthesis • Medical or mental health condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, does not allow the patient to take part in the study • Unwillingness to save and pass on personal illness data within the scope of the protocol • Participation in another sports study
Design outcomes

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of vibration training and sensorimotor training with CIPN (chemotherapy and immunotherapy induced peripheral polyneuropathy) for the upper extremity. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| • Improvement of the quality of life and mental well-being (HADS) • Improvement of the pain symptoms • Which intervention group has the best effect on peripheral polyneuropathy? • Development of a standard training therapy | — |
