Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient participation in PROVID-CAPNETZ, PROVID-PROGRESS or PROVID-CAPSyS at an earlier time, simultaneous participation in PROVID-CAPNETZ, pregnancy, breast feeding period, active tuberculosis
