Group 1: combined training programme over 12 weeks
2x/w supervises Hypertrohpie strength training plus endurance training Bicycle ergometer in the continuous method 20-30min with at least 2 days break

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Oncological disease with diagnosis of (stages 1-4): -pancreatic carcinoma, -Bronchial carcinoma, -ent caricnoma -esophageal carcinoma -stomach carcinoma -malignant lymphomas - Metastatic or non-metastatic - No cachexia or cachexia with 5% weight loss in the last 6 months - Neo-adjuvant or adjuvant systemic therapy (chemo- or immunotherapy) and/or radiotherapy - 10 weeks after cancer diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -only surgery or only radiotherapy
