Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Valid driving license - Age: 18 - 80 years - Surgery near the knee joint (ligamentary, chondral, meniscus and soft tissue surgery) - Completion of the operation without complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Joint replacement operations - No experience in driving a car - Participation in clinical studies on analgesics - Chronic pain patients

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
primary endpoint: The Brake Travel Time is in the Intervention group by less than 10ms longer than in the norm group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
secondary endpoints: -The vast majority of patients (> 80 %) achieve Fit to drive already 2 weeks postoperatively. -There is a high correlation (r > 0.7) between low pain and high braking force or braking reaction time
