Group 1: The esthetic and biological effects of progressive jaw growth on the implant placed in the maxilla are studied in young adults.

18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Missing single tooth in the anterior region of the upper jaw (canine to canine) - Periodontal pockets < 4mm - So far no implant in the anterior region of the maxilla
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - More than one missing tooth in the maxillary anterior region - Periodontal disease - Insufficient oral hygiene - Systemic diseases - Pregnancy

| Malpositioning of the implant, which is determined by measuring the distance (mm) of the implant to a reference point using digital models. The measurement is performed in the controls after T1= 1 year, T2= 2 years and T3= 3 years. | — |
